We are looking for an IT Manager to define and drive our global IT strategy across multiple international locations in a dynamic, fast-changing and security-focused environment. This role focuses on aligning IT with business growth while managing external IT service providers responsible for day-to-day operations. Job requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles

• Experience managing external IT vendors or MSPs

• Strong understanding of cloud, networking, security, and IT infrastructure

• Experience in scaling IT in a multi-office or international environment

• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

• Structured and strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude when needed

Job responsibilities

• Define and own the global IT strategy and roadmap

• Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and standards acting as the internal client toward the IT service provider.

• Manage external IT service providers

• Drive IT projects (e.g., migrations, office setups, tooling)

• Ensure high-quality delivery through SLAs, KPIs, and performance tracking

• Oversee global IT infrastructure, security, and compliance

• Maintain IT governance and policies

• Develop and manage the IT budget
