Responsibilities
Full ownership of the hiring process – from intake through offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience from time of application through hiring and beyond.
Screening and review of resumes, portfolios, and cover letters to evaluate if candidates meet the qualifications and requirements for open roles.
Managing and conducting initial screening calls to assess a candidate's hard skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with Fortaegis
Maintain and develop the pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions using an ATS
Vocalize and embody the mission and culture of our company towards candidates – including being their point of contact
Partnering closely with hiring managers to define a role, its requirements and the ideal candidate
Proactively source candidates, by using LinkedIn Recruiter or other relevant tools
Coordinate interview logistics
Upkeep of our job boards and careers website
Work comfortably with all levels of the organization and able to appropriately challenge when necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Experience working within ATS. Team Tailor experience a plus
3-5 years of experience working in talent acquisition
Strong and effective communication and organizational skills
High energy and passion
Comfort with ambiguity with a hands-on and proactive mentality
Creative recruiting techniques while ensuring best practices are implemented
Comfortable using metrics to improve processes
